There’s something magical about a summer wedding in the heart of Colorado. The warmth of the sun kissing your skin, the crisp mountain air filling your lungs, and the breathtaking beauty of nature as your backdrop. It’s a paradise for any couple looking to tie the knot in style. And that’s exactly what Alex and Missy did at their summer wedding, held amidst the picturesque surroundings of Beano’s Cabin in Vail, Colorado.
As a Colorado photographer, I had the privilege of capturing the essence of their love story in every frame. From the moment I met them last fall at their engagement session in, I could sense their excitement and anticipation for this special day.
The entire day, was such a high vibration, everyone in good spirits, the weather absolutely perfect and everything went exactly as planned. We gondola to the top of Vail mountain for their first look, the ceremony back at Beano’s cabin was absolutely gorgeous surrounded by wildflowers and full of all the love.
In the end, it’s these stories of love and connection that remind us of the beauty that exists in the world. They serve as a reminder that amidst chaos and uncertainty, love is a constant, a light in the darkest of times. And as a photographer, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be able to witness and capture these moments, to weave together stories that will be cherished for generations to come.
