Adaeze and Chad held a faith and love-centered intimate elopement ceremony in Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, Co.
These incredible humans were adaptable when their initial plans got derailed due to Covid restrictions, and they ended up in an incredibly beautiful location at Garden of the Gods for their intimate ceremony! This day was filled to the brim with love. All morning these two spent every moment with the people that loved them the most. They wrote heartfelt personal vows and Adaeze even wrote and recorded the song she walked down the aisle to as a surprise gift to Chad. Their sunset ceremony had everyone in attendance shedding happy tears and snuggling up for warmth and laughing along with the humor in their personal vows.
Their adventure began with meeting about volunteering through their church. Adaeze is a miraculous singer, songwriter worship leader (she wrote and performed and recorded the song she walked down the aisle to, for real) and Chad joined their team at the perfect time! The two met up for tacos and continued to pursue each other through all the ups and downs of getting engaged and planning a wedding in a pandemic.

I’ve had a ton of people reaching out to plan their elopements and intimate weddings in Colorado and need help with the location. Colorado is really epic with regards to elopements and Garden of the Gods should absolutely be on your list of possible Colorado adventure elopement destinations. There are so many incredible spots for ceremonies of all sizes. If you’re searching for an amazing place to elope with views of the mountains and incredible red rock formations, then a Garden of the Gods elopement might be best for you.
Winter elopement in Colorado
I would love to also mention that eloping in Colorado in the winter can be misjudged. Winter gives you that delightful snowy wonderland with capped mountain top background for your Colorado adventure elopement. Colorado’s climate can be truly eccentric. So, when planning your elopement, particularly in nature, you may need to adjust and move with the punches. If the weather isn’t “ideal”, don’t go crazy! Unpredictable weather is definitely one of the principal reasons why it is vital to hire elopement photographers that are based in Colorado for your big day. As local Colorado photographers and videographers we have the experience dealing with all kinds of weather scenarios.
